HAH! I GOT A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!

THEN she will SIMPLIFY it BACK to the ORIGINAL.

she does the guess and check method for the algebric expression, it goes something like this:
65-18x-x(squared)=0
she does the cross the table thingo.
and gets,
(x-13)(x-5)=0
the next step is to do this
x=13 or x=5
correct?
but she, apparently only did one, yes the 13 one, and yes. you have to chose one right? so in order to do so, you have to?
eliminate.
in the question, it shows a rectangle, 10 by 8
so they show u another shaded rectangle in the big rectangle and lengths between the shaded and big rectangle is x, on both sides.
SO APPARENTLY, yo will obviously eliminate 13 right?
but yanru, keeps insisting that 13 is correct. and she says theres no other answer.

(: actually i never really got how FOOLSCAP IS SPELT, issit correct? hah! i dont know, i used to spell it as fullscap, still i dont know.
